The project initially began as a plan to develop a standalone OTT service. However, once the club discovered the broader capabilities of HiWay’s proprietary platform PIVOT, it expanded the vision to rebuild the entire digital ecosystem from the ground up. The result is a unified solution powering the club’s official website, mobile apps, Smart TV apps, and digital fan experiences.

The new platform consolidates all content, services, and fan interactions into a centralized, scalable system, enhancing efficiency, streamlining operations, and reducing costs.

“We’re proud that such a prestigious club as Sevilla FC has chosen HiWay Media to design and develop its new Digital Experience Platform,” said Giuseppe Sampino, CEO of HiWay Media.

“This partnership is not only a great responsibility but also a tremendous motivation to keep innovating and delivering cutting-edge tech solutions that help clubs elevate their digital experience to new heights.”

José María del Nido Carrasco, President of Sevilla FC, commented:

“Sevilla FC+ is a cornerstone of our digital strategy. Together with HiWay Media, we’ve created a powerful, flexible, future-ready ecosystem that allows us to better serve our fans, wherever they are.”

Sevilla FC+ offers live and on-demand content from the men’s and women’s teams, the youth academy, and other areas of the club, with content available via free access, subscriptions, or pay-per-view. All club members will receive complimentary access for the 2025/26 season.

This partnership sets a new benchmark for how football clubs can approach digital transformation, not as isolated projects, but as unified ecosystems that connect, engage, and empower their communities.
